Gin Basil Julep
An herbal, savory take on the Southern classic.
Ingredients:
Instructions:
- Muddle 2-3 basil leaves with gum syrup in a julep cup
- Fill with crushed ice and add gin
- Stir until cold and frosty, then top with more crushed ice
- Smack a basil sprig between your hands to express its oils, then garnish
